Candied Cranberries
sweet and sour and perfect for holiday gatherings
CANDIED CRANBERRIES
Soak fresh cranberries in citrusy soda (I hear prosecco works, too!) for 20 mins then drain. Toss in enough powdered or icing sugar to coat. Bake in an oven preheated to 200F/95C for 3 - 5 minutes.
I wanted to send my gratitude to all of you who read and subscribe to The Good Bones Life. You’re the best, thank you. It’s been even more fun and rewarding than I thought when I started it just over a year ago. It turns out (OK, we all knew), I love writing! And sharing! And the best part is we’re only just getting started.
Here’s to a beautiful end to 2025 and to much more in 2026.

The trick is that you can’t use powder sugar with cornstarch in it. It will taste like soap! I soak in orange juice and a can of sprite or
prosecco but it honestly doesn’t matter. You can soak for 10 minutes to 48 hours or whenever you get around to doing it. I usually do at least 24 hours. Throw in a gallon ziplock with a ton of powdered sugar, lay on parchment paper and bake 200 degrees for 5 minutes total!!
Willing to test the prosecco version! 🥂✨
